Professional Producer of Fiberglass Self-adhesive Tape
Fiberglass Self-adhesive tape is used for covering the joints between drywall panels. The major benefit of fiberglass tape is how easy it is to install. Because it is self-adhesive, fiberglass tape doesn't need to be embedded in a layer of joint compound, as paper drywall tape does. But fiberglass tape is more prone to cracking than paper drywall tape, so use setting-type joint compound to create a stronger surface.
Fiberglass Self-adhesive Tape Specifications:
1.mesh size: 9x9mesh/inch(2.85 x 2.85mm), 8x8mesh/inch, (3.2x3.2mm) 10x10mesh/inch (2.5x2.5mm), and other size as your required.
2.weight in each SQM: 50g/m2, 60g/m2,65g/m2, 70g/m2, 75g/m2,80g/m2
3. Lenght in each roll:10m,20m, 45m, 75m, 90m, 150m and others as you required.
4.Width in each roll: 35mm, 45mm, 50mm, 75mm,10mm, 20mm and other width as you required.
5.Color: white, yellow, and other colors as you required.

How to use Fiberglass Self-adhesive Tape:
1. Wall must be clean and dry.
2. Center and apply tape over the length of the joint and pressing firmly.
3. Apply a generous first coat of compound over the tape and through the mesh, making sure to completely fill the joint crevice. When the joint has been completely filled, wipe off any excess compound with the drywall knife leaving enough to cover the tape.
4. Let dry completely, then sand slightly.
5. Apply sufficient thin finishing coats to produce a smooth wall surface.
6. Cut of butted boards do not have a tapered edge. Therefore, special care must be taken to assure proper compound penetration of all joints. This may result in slight build-up of compound that will require an increased amount of edge feathering.
